Will I need a COVID-19 vaccine pass to attend?
Yes. Peter Snell Youth Village is operating as a vaccinated venue. It is a requirement for all attendees, aged 12 years or older, to present a COVID-19 vaccine pass on arrival.
When is the full payment due for tickets?
The full payment for your ticket is due on 31st March 2022. We have organised a bank account for these payments to be made on behalf of the Reunion Committee.

Can I get a refund?
The $50 deposit per ticket is non-refundable. Any contributions made to the ticket cost beyond the initial deposit can be transferred to another attendee or refunded.
Am I able to register for a single-day visit?
Unfortunately, as we are limited on the number of spaces we are unable to accept single day visitors.
Do I need to bring any bedding?
All bunks are equipped with comfortable mattresses covered with a fitted-sheet. Please bring your own pillow, pillow case, sleeping bag or blanket.
What items are not allowed at the camp ground?
No alcohol, drugs, gambling or firearms will be tolerated anywhere on the premises. No smoking or vaping on the premises. No fireworks or animals are allowed on the premises either.
What if I have any dietary requirements?
Please note any dietary requirements on your registration form in the field provided. We are able to cater for the following: vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free and nut-free.
